I’m Linda Fry and I’m running for Precinct Committee Officer for the Democratic Party in Tacoma Precinct 27-419 in the August 4, 2026 primary election.

I’m an executive leader who thrives in high-pressure environments, but at heart, I’m the tattooed lady who grows tomatoes in my front yard for my neighbors and goes all in during Halloween.

I believe the best way to survive our current political climate is to think globally and act locally, and your PCO is your bullhorn to the Democratic Party. I also believe that politicians at every level must play a role in combatting fascism.

To do this, I’ll use my professional background in collaboration and clear communication to bridge the gap between our neighborhood and the party. I won’t just knock on doors; I’ll use modern tactics to ensure every stakeholder in our precinct is heard, kept informed, and involved in the decisions that affect us.

This would be my first political office, though I’ve been a passionate advocate since I was old enough to vote. While you may feel it’s safer to go with a tenured candidate, I offer a fresh, left-leaning perspective backed by 20 years of expertise in building consensus and healing fractured relationships. Ultimately, it comes down to who you trust to represent your values, and I am ready to use my voice to help shape the Democratic Party from the ground up.
